When you place an order we may record some or all of the following information:
- Business or Establishment Trading Name
- Contact Telephone Number(s) (including personal mobile telephone numbers, if such information is offered)

*NOTE: Credit/debit/payment card information IS NOT recorded, unless you are expressly informed that it is being retained for financial security/deposit purposes. Such information is entered directly into the card processing machine/software and is not recorded elsewhere.
